Speculation and rumors about The X Factor and it’s third season have seemed to cool down a bit recently. Of course all the talk is about who may be joining the show on it’s 3rd season as Judge. After the last season both LA Reid and Britney Spears decided to move on from the show. So that leaves 2 prime openings.
Earlier rumors mentioned a few big names like Rihanna, Katy Perry, John Mayer, Ne-Yo, Lady Gaga, and even Carrie Underwood. I mean let’s be honest some of those celebrities are too big and too busy to be on the show. Although some of those rumored judges would be awesome and really drive people to watch the show. But let’s get back to reality here.
So the rumors had died off the past few weeks, but now there’s new chatter. Britney Spears left the show and obviously they’d want to replace her with another female. Well Simon Cowell allegedly has his eye on a former member of Destiny’s Child. If you were hoping it was Beyonce sorry to disappoint you. She’s one of those celebrities that are way too busy and way too big. In fact her and hubby Jay-Z are the first celebrity couple in the music industry to reach billionaire status. Congrats.

Kelly Rowland is supposed to be in serious talks to join the show next season. And Kelly should definitely be a shoe in with her past experience and her salary demands. Britney Spears made $15 million for just one season. Kelly is asking for $2.3 million for the 3rd season. Talk about a bargain. But Kelly has nothing to lose here.
